Feníe Energía (MOD)

The Fenie Energía customer app allows you to easily access all your contracts and invoices for electricity, gas, efficiency (self-consumption, charging points, lighting, reactive energy compensation, monitoring...) and producers (representation of energy producers and monitoring ).

You can sign up from the same app or enter with the same username and password that you already had on our customer website.

Once inside you will find:

- Home: At a quick glance you will have all the information you need about your electricity, gas, efficiency and producer contracts, a forecast of the next bill if your electricity meter is electronic and the breakdown of your last bill .

- Consumption: You can check the evolution of the consumption of your electricity and gas contracts. In addition, if your electricity meter is electronic, you can access the hourly details of your consumption.

- Invoices: You will access the invoice history where you can view the details of each one of them and download them or send them by email in a very simple way.

- Contracts: You will see a list with all the contracts you have with Fenie Energía, being able to mark them as favorites and access them more quickly from the home screen. In addition, you will be able to see the details of each of your contracts and carry out different procedures.

o Also from this section, you can contract other products that are interesting for you, such as: another supply of electricity, gas or request a quote to install self-consumption or a recharging point.

- Efficiency: You can request a budget without commitment for the installation of self-consumption and/or charging points in 5 easy steps. You will also find saving tips to be more efficient in your day to day.

- Queries/claims: If you have an incident with any of your contracts, from this section you can create an indecency/claim and your energy agent and the customer service team will help you as quickly as possible.

- Contact us: From this section we provide you with the different ways you have to communicate with Fenie Energía

o Energy agent: In this section you can access the contact details of your energy agent.

o Chat: A quick way for when you have a simple question.

o Email: You can send us an email to our customer mailbox and we will answer you as soon as possible.

o Telephone: Call us toll free at our 900 number

o Send us a message: Write what you want to know and we will answer you in the shortest possible time.
